The Hidden Quarter is a free directory. Readings and services listed here are for spiritual and entertainment purposes, and are never a substitute for professional advice.

1. What the site is

A directory of tarot readers, psychics, mediums, energy healers, astrologers and the shops and bookstores that serve them. We don’t provide readings or services ourselves. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it. How we handle information is explained on the Privacy page.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on the site, and no reading or service you find through it, is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Never ignore a professional’s advice, or put off getting help, because of something you read here or heard in a reading. If you’re in crisis or your health is at risk, contact a doctor or emergency services.

3. Listings

• Listings are compiled from information businesses publish themselves, and each shows when it was last checked. Details such as prices, hours and addresses can change: confirm them with the business before you book or visit.
• A listing isn’t a recommendation or an endorsement. We don’t check anyone’s skills, qualifications or claims. A ✓ Verified owner badge means only that the owner has confirmed the listing is theirs.
• Featured and sponsored placements, when they appear, are marked as such.
• We don’t list services that promise guaranteed spell results, sell curse removal or make medical claims, and we may remove any listing at our discretion.

4. Dealing with a business you find here

Any booking, payment or service is between you and that business. We aren’t part of it and aren’t responsible for what a business offers, charges or does. If a business has closed or something seems wrong, please tell us or use “Report closed or moved” on its listing.

5. If you own a listed business

You can claim your listing for free, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it, from the listing’s page or by writing to info@thehiddenquarter.com. We may contact you at the details on the listing to confirm a request really comes from you. Claiming is free; any paid placement will be offered separately, on its own clear terms.

6. What you send us

When you send a correction, a new listing or a message, please make sure it’s accurate and that it’s yours to share. You allow us to use it to update and improve the directory. Don’t use the forms to send anything illegal, abusive, misleading or spam.

7. Using the site fairly

Please don’t copy the directory in bulk (by scraping or otherwise), try to break or overload the site, or try to get into its admin area. The site’s design, text, logo and the 3D street are ours; the listings’ own details belong to the businesses they describe.

8. Ads and other websites

The site shows ads and links to other websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them; an ad or a link isn’t a recommendation.

9. No guarantees

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge. We don’t promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that every listing is complete, current or accurate.

10. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, The Hidden Quarter and the people who run it aren’t responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using the site, relying on a listing, or dealing with a business found through it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so some may not apply to you; nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be given up.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada that apply there.
